Who we are
Plants and Chairs is a small graphic design studio that makes and sells caps, tees, posters, zines and stickers, shipped from Watsonville, California. By placing an order on plantsandchairs.com you agree to these terms.
Products and stock
Goods are made in small runs and stock is limited. Some pieces are one of one; once sold they are gone.
Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real thing. Handmade and garment-dyed pieces vary from one to the next.
Mystery Box contents are picked by us and change as things sell out.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
If a price or stock count on the site is wrong, we will tell you before shipping and refund you if you would rather not go ahead.
Discount codes
Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and may end at any time.

Shipping costs, timing and our damaged-or-wrong policy are on the Shipping and returns page.
Artwork
All artwork, designs and photos on this site belong to Plants and Chairs. Buying a product does not transfer any rights to the artwork on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
