Rose Pizzeria is a small, independently owned restaurant in downtown Berkeley, California. It serves 14-inch thin-crust pies, cooked well done. he dining room is intimate, with a cosy wine-bar feel, and the menu focuses on thoughtful ingredients inspired by old-school flavors. The website makes this clear at a glance. The home page leads with “pizza, wine, good times”, then hours, location and a single call to book. Simple navigation takes guests to the menu, photos, press, FAQ and gift cards, so most questions are answered without calling the restaurant. Art direction uses a soft blue base, bold type and warm red accents to echo the room, with photography showing pizzas, salads, wine and the cozy interior. I worked directly with the front-of-house team at Rose to shape the content, integrate their existing tools (Resy and Toast), and set up a simple workflow so they can update hours, menu items and press mentions without needing a developer.
